HVAC riser replacement

Starting in September 2023, we plan to replace all of the HVAC risers in 170 and 180 Park Row. These are old, have been leaking heavily, and can't cope with the pressure of water we anticipate will come from the new chiller. 

The work will involve contractors entering every apartment to replace some of the pipes in the walls. A plan showing the location of the risers is below.
